Triage Appointment System
The initial triage trial period has now ended and all feedback received has been carefully considered. As a result we have decided on a system of triage and pre-bookable face to face appointments as the best solution for patient care.
- On Mondays and Fridays, which have the greatest demand for immediate appointments, we will use the triage system only; offering a number of pre-bookable triage appointments with the remainder as urgent triage appointments.
- On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, each Doctor has pre-bookable appointments either online or by telephone, as well as a number of on the day triage appointments.
- We also open on Tuesday mornings 7.10 - 8.00am and Tuesday evenings 6.30pm - 8.00pm.
Please tell us about your care at Tudor Practice, positive or negative. Your comments are really important and will help us improve the service for you and others.
