We are currently experiencing a very high volume of contact into our surgeries. This has of course increased the length of time it takes us to answer your calls. We are doing everything we can to improve this, but please bear with us through this very busy time. A couple of things to note when contacting us; firstly, if your call is for anything other than an appointment then it is advisable to avoid the first couple of hours of the day as this is our busiest time. Secondly, we have Patient Coordinators from across our six sites waiting to take your calls, so what might seem like a high queue number is dissipated across all of those sites.
